Introduction

In a simple word, this system provides possibility to access types of voice interfaces such as radio, public telephone, mobile phones… and also image and data interfaces in all points of LAN (WAN) networks. This means that a special IP module is designed for each interface and the desired service enters to the user’s IP network via this IP Interface. So from any point of this IP network can take the control, monitoring, conversation establishment and storing network connected interfaces by using special software.

Features 

In fact, this system is a set of hardware modules that a special combination of the modules in addition to operating software which is customized specially for each application will be a solution to meet those special requirements.

In this regard, separate software is provided for Vessel Traffic System (VTS), Air Traffic Control (ATC), Disaster Management (DM), Sensor alarm monitoring for fire stations and … with specified considerations for each application.

The system contains main and secondary parts like central switch (including chassis, interface cards, gateway and power supply), operational consoles, recorder unit, management and operation software and accessories.

Central switch is provided in different models (1U ~ 6U) and different capacities (channel numbers) for commercial or industrial applications.

 

ICS

Operational consoles are also designed and manufactured in desktop or fixed models and in key or PC Based types. As mentioned above, an operational software is provided for each application specifically. This software is multi-platform software (executable in windows, Linux, Android and… operating systems) and is installable on PC, laptop and even mobile phones.

Constituent modules

ICS: Hardware and software module containing all radio communications, analog and digital telephone lines and VoIP. The hardware module required in this system is considered as a package. This package includes ICS modular cards. The ICS module as the core of this system is presented in the above paragraphs.

Recorder: The software module is a recorder and player of all audio information, all packet information with meaning in radio and telephone communications, and all events related to the performance of ICS (syslog) software users. Obviously, one of the most sensitive parts of this system is recording calls. The recorder software module is designed to be used as a distributed network. This software stores all audio and text packages with the concept and the user with a certain level of access can refer to the relevant software and apply appropriate filters to check all events and play if necessary.

GIS: This module has a central server and is provided to the collection in the form of web-based software. This module, in addition to having all the features of AVL software, has the ability to communicate with ICS dispatch software and the possibility of communicating with the radio through the web panel of GIS software is available. For better management and integration between the active modules in this system, GIS software has been designed in such a way that it has the ability to communicate with the radio as an ICS dispatcher.
